1 1/2 fl oz Premium Wheat-Based Vodka
1 fl oz Aged Apple Brandy or Traditional Applejack
1 1/4 fl oz Cloudy, Unsweetened Apple Juice or Cider
1/4 fl oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/6 fl oz Rich Simple Syrup (Two Parts Sugar, One Part Water)
Pick out a Martini glass and chill it ahead of time.
Skewer a Luxardo cherry and/or a slice or wedge of green apple for garnish.
Shake all ingredients thoroughly with ice until well chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Martini glass.
Add the garnish on a skewer and place it gently on or in the rim of the drink.

1/6 fl oz Blackcurrant Liqueur (Double Crème de Cassis)
1 1⁄2 fl oz Aged Reposado Tequila
3/4 fl oz Curaçao Orange Liqueur

Start by chilling a Collins glass in advance.
Prepare a garnish by slicing a lime into wheels.
Pour the pomegranate syrup & blackcurrant liqueur into the glass filled with ice.
Shake the remaining ingredients with ice until well-chilled.
Carefully strain the mixture into the glass, allowing it to layer gently over the red base, creating a sunrise effect.
Finish by garnishing with a lime wheel.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain the mixture into the chilled glass using a fine strainer.
Garnish by placing three coffee beans in a petal-like formation on the foam’s surface.

2 Drops Saline Solution (4:1 Ratio, 20g Sea Salt to 80g Water)
Begin by selecting a Coupe glass and chilling it in advance.
Prepare a garnish by coating the rim with a mixture of lime juice and Tajín seasoning. You can also float a dehydrated pineapple slice or place a pineapple wedge on the glass rim.
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake vigorously.
